* September 20, 2024 - Anyone wishing to participate in the Flotilla must have their application submitted to us to be admitted to the Flotilla.  We need to have everyone’s information so we can formulate our plan and assign your space based on the size of boat.

* September 27, 2024 - Captains Meeting, 6:30 p.m. at Hope Springs Marina, 4 Hope Road, Stafford, Virginia 22554.  All captains/boat operators are strongly urged to attend this informative meeting and to receive their placement in the Flotilla.  If you are unable to attend you must contact us at 703-898-4965 or our email trumpunityflotilla@gmail.com before September 27, 2024.  Additionally, we will be having a potluck dinner and ask that everyone bring a dish to share.  Bring your own BYOB and chair/s.

* September 28, 2024 - 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Flotilla staging will be starting at 8:00 a.m. through 10:00 a.m.  You will be given your slot/placement number and approximate time you will head out.  We will all be heading out single file by 10:30 a.m. Everyone needs to be in Widewater Bay and have checked in with Capt. Lisa no later than 10:00 a.m.

* September 28, 2024 – 10:30 a.m. Flotilla will proceed from Widewater Bay in a single file manner according to your placement number, following out lead boat in a safe manner heading to our destination of Tim's II at Fairview Beach.

*September 28, 2024 – 12:00 p.m. Hopefully we have all arrived at Fairview Beach where we can anchor out and proceed up to Tim's II for further festivities, Good Food, Comradery between fellow Patriots, information and swag will be available as well as key Republican leaders that will be available for meet-n-greets who will be speaking to the audience.
